Underpinning Airwork Flight Operations is a robust and practical Quality Assurance (QA) programme. As with all aviation businesses, QA and safety are intrinsically linked.

The Airwork Flight Operations Quality Assurance department is charged with auditing the procedures that the company applies in each division and ensuring those procedures are current.

The QA team is also responsible for ensuring all NZCAA aviation certificates held by the company are current and manages document updates and the renewal process as required.
